About Our Firm

Wasatch Legal Solutions is a leading Utah law firm in Salt Lake City. Formed in 2004, Wasatch Legal Solutions is comprised of attorneys who provide corporate clients and individuals with transactional, litigation and regulatory assistance.

Wasatch Legal Solutions has extensive experience in complex financing, acquisition and commercial transactions, as well as litigation, arbitration and mediation on a local, regional, national and international level. We take pride in the quality of our lawyers, and aggressively recruit the top graduates of the nation’s most prominent law schools. Our attorneys graduated with honors, and many have served as judicial clerks in state and federal courts throughout the country, including the United States Supreme Court.

The firm’s legal talent is enhanced by practical and geographical experience. Several of our attorneys have been employed by private businesses, working in management and in-house counsel capacities, and many have practiced at law firms across the country.

We also have experience facilitating business transactions in South America, Canada, Mexico, and roughly one-third of our attorneys speak a second language, including, French, Portuguese, Spanish. Our ability to provide national and international services to our clients is complemented by the firm’s participation in Meritas, the world’s largest organization of independent and commercial law firms. Through this international network, we give clients access to an international legal network.
